An encourager is someone who demonstrates a real and loving concern for people. They are leaders who love people and are willing to support them to see them through the ups and downs in life.

Shipping costs per order (excluding digital download only orders)

Australia: AUD $12.00

International (restricted): AUD$15.00 

After payment is authorised and verified, all orders (except digital downloads which are immediate access) are processed within 2-3 business days (meaning Monday to Friday, except QLD holidays). We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

Orders aim to arrive within 10 - 15 business days (maybe longer, especially for international orders).  

Please Note:

1. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (unless the carrier opts to).

2. Date of delivery may vary due to the carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered.

3. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

4. We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
